It may seem a bit odd that low back pain would be caused by a misaligned neck, or that headaches would be caused by a subluxated low back, nonetheless, this is exactly what happens. When the neck is subluxated, one of the symptoms that appears is low back pain and when the low back is sublaxated, you might experience headaches. This happens because the body is over-compensating for the subluxations. This is the body's way to keep itself straight. If you are experiencing low back pain or headaches, consult your chiropractor and ask about how your neck and low back is really doing. Watch the videos below for a visual of how this works in your body. Video presentation by Dr. Masoud Shamaeizadeh, Soft Touch Chiropractic, Porter Ranch, CA.
