I have kept this recipe to myself for the last 7 months. My wife and I have been working on a recipe that includes all the nutrients we want, is creamy (not chunky) and tastes good.
The greens in the recipe will create an alkaline environment in the body. It is jam-packed with nutrients, mineral and anti-oxidants.
Here is the recipe:
1 young Thai coconut
1 avocado OR 3 tbsp. flax seed oil
1/8 tsp. green stevia powder or 5 dates
2 cups greens (spinach, spring mix)
1 cup kale
1 apple (sometimes we add or substitute with pear)
2 stalks of celery
2 tbsp. Vitamineral Green (not optional for us)
1 packet of Reds Pak by TraceMinerals (optional)
3 tbsp. E3Live (optional)
