The key to meditation is to focus on the positive aspects of your decision. For 5-10 minutes per day or immediately after having made a decision, focus on the positive aspects of your decision. You can use this time to use all your five senses to create a compelling picture of your desired result, see it, hear it, feel it, smell it, and taste it.
