"After one month of extreme lower back pain with numbness and tingling in right feet, I went for an MRI. The results showed that I have sciatica L4-5 with radiculopaty. I had already had several sesions of Physical Therapy that included some ultra sound and electrical stimulation. These treatments did not offer some much relief, and the pain kept coming back each time worse than before. I wasn't obviously on the right path to healing! Then, after a strong cough one morning, the pain became unbearable. In a matter of days, I couldn't' walk or perform basic tasks. The "professionals" at Kaizer Permanente suggested surgery. I have canceled the epidural and PT with Kaizer and never went back to them for this matter.
