I haven't read many books that in very few, easy terms opens up a different culture in a way that an average reader can relate to it. This book is very well researched and uses credible sources. At the same time, it does not exaggerate facts or include hype that you usually read in a lot of health books. Healthy at 100 exposes four different cultures where people live long and active lives like in Okinawa, Japan,. By studying these people's habits and culture, the author draws conclusions about how we can imitate them in ways that suit us. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to know about true health. The chapter that impressed me the most is chapter seven, because Robbins makes an emphasis on the emotional health of groups and individuals in different cultures and how it affects physical health.
