Can your pelvis be giving you neck pain?Have you noticed that one of your legs may or may not appear shorter than the other? There is an easy way to check. Lay down on the floor, body straight, legs together, hands to your sides and have another person grab your heels and measure if they touch at the same point, if one leg seems to be shorter than the other you are experiencing, what we call in the chiropractic world, a pelvic tilt or a neck misalignment. When your pelvis is misaligned it causes the rest of your spine to also be misaligned all the way up to your neck. Other symptoms of a pelvic tilt are: low back pain, soreness on only one side of the upper back, fatigue and neck pain. The way to correct this condition is to visit your chiropractor, get examined and get adjusted until the pelvis is back to it proper position. The video below explains in more detail.
